Week 3: On Schedule
Week three into development and we are running on schedule with asset creation and they are looking amazing below is what the team has been working on.
Isaac Koerbin
This week I finished up a lot of the art assets for our game, with the only two things left to do this the ship and it's interior. All the treasure items, underwater plants and rocks are now completed and textured. Below is a screenshot of my current progression on the ship, which still needs to be broken up - which I aim to finish by the end of the week:
Sam Carey
This week I created all the collectible object prefabs using the script I previously created. I also created icons and fix the 3D model viewer in the Inventory. At this point the item collection, inventory and selling systems are complete.
Jarrad Bailey
i have been working on getting the underwater effects working like the bubbles, floating particles and schooling fish as well as working on the transition between above water and underneath these can be seen in the attached GIFs.
